Position Overview: We’re looking for a dependable and resourceful IT Specialist to provide support for our Managed Services clients. As a full time team member, you will be a key part of the solutions we provide by resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring our clients’ IT environment run smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and common software applications (Microsoft 365, browsers, remote tools, etc.)

• Configure, install, and maintain user workstations and peripherals

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (wired & wireless) and basic routing problems

• Set up and manage user accounts (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Azure AD, etc.)

• Deploy software updates and security patches to workstations and devices

• Document actions, resolutions, and asset changes accurately in the ticketing system

• Participate in onboarding and off-boarding processes, including system imaging and access provisioning

• Respond to Level 1 & 2 help desk requests via ticketing system and phone and coordinating support with vendors, escalating tickets as necessary

• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems and improve internal processes with other systems

• Learn from experienced team members skills in order to advance your technical skills.

• Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, with MSP or helpdesk experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
  • Knowledge of switches, firewalls, and access point setup
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

 

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto)

Pay Range:

$62,000–$66,000/year (based on experience & qualifications)
